This past Sunday we went for a drive. Hunting for flea markets and antique shops, we drove to several small towns. One item that I purchased was a brass vintage glass carrier. I'm not a fan of "sassy brass" so out came the paint. I sprayed it with primer and then some black spray paint I had left from another project. I'm not sure if it will continue to be a candle holder but for now it will be a great outdoor addition. With some burlap, small jars, and dry beans... I now have a candle holder for the Summer! Enjoy!

I am a stay-at-home mom of two beautiful children... yes, I am biased... I can be... they are mine! Oh, and a military wife, too, to an amazing husband! I was a teacher of the severely emotionally disturbed for nearly 10 years before I became a mother and made the decision to stay home. No longer having the classroom as a creative outlet, I turned to photography, cake decorating, and now bow creations. I was frustrated with some of the options available as far as the price of photography (my first love) and so I began taking photographs of my children and a few clients as well. You will see more than bows showcased on this blog and I hope you enjoy the creations and become inspired as well. And, yes, Goosie and Boomer are the nicknames of my two favorite creations!
