Well... I have decided that it's time to start the food journal, again. I need some accountability so I'm writing down everything I eat and drink. I've lost 3.5 pounds this week so far. Plus, I'm tracking my exercise. I have been a bit lazy in that department as well.
We are looking into the Mediterranean diet. It is supposed to help RA patients. I have noticed an increase in "flares" when I eat carbs so let's hope this transition works.
Last nights dinner was so yummy!!! Sauteed chicken and mushrooms over a bed of lettuce and couscous surrounded by fresh cucumbers. I could eat like this everyday!
