We finally found the pizza stone and bought a pizza paddle! We made two pizzas last night and I believe I am going to have a difficult time ordering pizzas ever again!
Goosie and Boomer had a pizza with sausage, pepperoni and four cheeses... The Mr. and I had a proscuitto, goat cheese, and basil pizza with a tomato/basil sauce. It was so YUMMY!
It is so nice to have someone to share good food with, again!

We're making homemade pizza tonight. We do it way too often.... I know what you mean, we never order pizza, it's too much cheese, too much fat etc. I prefer the homemade ones. :) But not with goat cheese, not my thing. Yours looked delicious! We use mozarella most of the time. Sometimes we sprinkle parmesan over, but when it's cooked. It is yummy!
Yum!!! I love fresh cheeses! We found a very good goat cheese at one of our local markets. I know it isn' for everyone; it does have a bit of an acquired taste to it. It went really well with the fresh basil. I wish Summer would get here so I can have fresh herbs that I grew myself!
